CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT YOUR WARRANTY?
Best Wool Carpets guarantees that the goods delivered by seller are free from manufacturing faults and faults in the carpet during a period of five years after delivery. Any liability for faults found afterwards is excluded. Within the 5 years of warranty we work with a 20% depreciation a year.
IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO BE AWARE OF AFTER MY CARPET IS INSTALLED?
Once your new carpet is installed it can initially shed fibers - especially in high traffic areas. This is perfectly normal and does not affect the life or appearance of the carpet. These loose fibers are simply the result of fiber that is left in the carpet after the manufacturing process and can be easily removed with vacuuming.
CAN WOOL SMELL?
All new carpets (incuding wool carpets) have a smell that will dissipate with within a few days. Any additional wool smell is a sign that the carpet is damp (or wet).
WHAT ISN'T COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE?
Faults that wholly or partly result from a method of processing prescribed by the other party or from a construction or manufacturing prescribed by the other party, or are wholly or partly caused by a supplier, advisor, subcontractor or auxiliary person prescribed by the other party, are not covered by the guarantee.
